  Still working out small kinks, but my experience was definitely NOT like the first reviewer's. Some clear signage would help, though. I wanted to eat outside on patio, but it wasn't clear whether I should just go out there, wait to be seated, or get in the line that was right there as I opened the door. I got in the line, and when I got to the order place 4-5 minutes later, I was told I'd be brought outside and seated.
  
  Once I was seated, everything went smoothly. Great friendly waitress, very pleasant patio area with all customers eating and smiling. I ordered a build your own burger, some fries, and a Peak Summer Ale. Given how many people were in the take out line, I was pleasantly surprised the food arrived in under ten minutes. Hot and tasty. Exactly as ordered. Surprisingly, all that was under 12 bucks!
  
  I'm sure things will get smoother over time...I know I will be back soon.

  I really love Lexie's vegetarian burgers. NO problem at all with the food. Here's the thing, however, with this new location. There is a decided lack of organization and process at this branch. I was picking up an order I called in earlier. I was informed that despite the fact that my order was ready and was growing colder by the minute, I needed to wait in the take-out order line. It took 14 minutes until it was my turn , by which time the food was definitely not hot. In fact, it was cold by the time I got home. The take-out line was moved three times -- first to the right, then to the left, then back to the right. And, throughout all of this, the poor woman staffing the take-out line and cashier functions grew more and more flustered. I don't blame her but it was disconcerting, to say the least. She snapped at me when I suggested perhaps I could just pay for my cooling order...Look, I don't blame her. She was overwhelmed. But it will be a long time before I go back to this "branch". A shame. It's exciting to have Lexie's. Here's hoping you get your processes down.
